John is a trial and appellate lawyer with 30 plus years  representing and advising governments, regulatory agencies and businesses. He  has argued cases before municipal councils, administrative tribunals, all  levels of trial and appeal courts in Ontario, the Alberta Queen’s Bench  Division, the trial and appeal level of the Federal Court of Canada and the  Supreme Court of Canada. 
            
            John has decades of administrative  decision-making experience having served as a Vice Chair of the Agriculture  Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal, a Deputy Mining and Lands Commissioner  and a Presiding Member of the Electrical Safety Authority’s Review Panel.
